At Packhelp, I was responsible for planning and executing the company’s annual promotional calendar—a cornerstone of our marketing strategy aimed at boosting revenue, increasing engagement, and supporting product visibility across key markets.

The Challenge

With a vast and varied product offering, Packhelp needed a structured, scalable approach to manage promotional & brand awareness campaign throughout the year across key markets. This meant aligning seasonal moments, product verticals, and market needs into a cohesive promotional strategy that delivered consistent impact across Europe.

My Role

I led the end-to-end management of the promotional calendar - from campaign concept and production to localization and performance tracking. Each campaign was adapted to different audiences and channels across six key markets: UK, DACH, France, Spain, Italy, and Poland.

Key Campaigns Delivered in 2023/2024:

  • Product Vertical Launches: Developed dedicated campaigns for industries like fashion, coffee, and HoReCa, including custom landing pages, paid ads, CRM flows, and photo/video production.

  • Seasonal & Thematic Campaigns: Executed high-visibility initiatives such as Women’s Day (highlighting female-led brands) and Dog’s Day (focused on the pet industry), combining storytelling, client spotlights, and creative social campaigns.

  • Sales Promotions: Created and executed discount-driven campaigns throughout the year, involving tailored messaging, email marketing, Google Ads, and social media activations.

  • High Season: Developed and executed full-funnel campaigns for Black Friday and Christmas - Packhelp’s most critical sales periods, including product promos, urgency-driven CRM journeys, gift guide-style content, and high-performing paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
