Martech Trendbook 2025 is an in-depth industry report published by Panowie Programiści to equip creative agencies with insights into the latest technological advancements shaping the future of marketing. As the marketing lead for this project, I was responsible for positioning, content strategy, and promotion, ensuring the Trendbook reached the right audience and drove meaningful engagement.

This edition of the Trendbook explored 6 mega trends and engages over 20 experts from top advertising and creative agencies in Poland. Our goal was to strengthen relationship with them and position Panowie Programiści as a though leader in this space and go-to technological partner for agencies.

  • Strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership - solidify Panowie Programiści’s position as a top technology partner for creative and advertising agencies.

About the project

The Martech Trendbook 2025 is more than just a report—it’s an interactive experience designed to bring industry trends to life. Our goal was to deliver insightful content in an engaging, dynamic format. This year, we created an interactive website enriched with video case studies, making complex trends more accessible and inspiring for marketing professionals.


To ensure credibility and diverse perspectives, we collaborated with 20+ top experts from leading creative and advertising agencies, who shared their insights on the most pressing Martech trends. Among many things, I was responsible for managing these expert contributions—coordinating outreach, gathering insights, and overseeing editorial refinement to ensure high-quality content.

Beyond the digital edition, we also produced a printed version of the Trendbook, which was sent to Panowie Programiści's clients and prospects, as well as to experts contributing to Trendbook.

To maximize engagement and reach of Trendbook, I developed and executed a multi-channel distribution plan, which included:

  • Live Event & Online Streaming for the premiere of Trendbook

  • Organic social media communication

  • Social media ads (Meta ads and LinkedIn ads)

  • Media partnerships and PR outreach

  • Email marketing

Results

By implementing this multi-channel strategy and ensuring interesting form and content of the Martech Trendbook, we ensured that we reached the right audience across multiple touchpoints, reinforcing Panowie Programiści’s thought leadership and strengthening relationships within the advertising industry.
