Launching Packhelp across 5 european markets

Expanding brand reach and growing engagement.

Industry

E-commerce / Packaging

Duration

4 months

In order to further grow, Packhelp introduced operations into five new European markets: Sweden, The Netherlands, Romania, Germany, and Spain. This strategic initiative aimed to deepen customer engagement, enhance localized support, and solidify Packhelp’s position as a leading packaging partner in Europe.

Our Goals

  1. Localize Packhelp’s operations with tailored services in Sweden, The Netherlands, Romania, Germany, and Spain.

  2. Integrate local market insights to enhance product offerings and collaborate with regional designers for unique packaging solutions.

  3. Increase brand awareness in the five launch markets.

About the Process

To drive this expansion, Packhelp implemented a multi-faceted strategy that included adding Swedish, Dutch, and Romanian language support to the platform and recruiting over 60 remote employees across six markets. These new hires reinforced customer support, business development, and account management, ensuring a localized approach and compliance with regional regulations.

Marketing team collaborated with local artists and designers to create culturally inspired packaging patterns and design assets, enriching the client experience. These new design assets were made accessible in Packhelp’s 3D online editor for seamless integration by clients.

To build awareness, we launched a digital brand awareness campaign, including targeted sponsored ads, social media posts, and strategic media outreach. I coordinated with local PR freelancers and agencies to craft market-relevant pitches; in Romania, we highlighted e-commerce packaging trends, while in Spain, we emphasized sustainability.
